We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead how enosix shows up across PR, events, social media, and digital marketing. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s part storyteller, part operator, and 100% committed to moving the needle.

The Day-to-Day Responsibilities: 

PR & Thought Leadership

·       Manage our PR agency and media calendar

·       Drive brand visibility through strategic press placements, executive visibility, and award submissions

·       Coordinate launches, thought leadership, and industry recognition moments

Events & Field Marketing

·       Own strategy and execution for trade shows, partner activations, executive dinners, and virtual events

·       Align with sales, verticals, and partners to turn events into pipeline

·       Handle logistics, messaging, creative, and post-event follow-up

Social Media

·       Develop and execute social strategy—primarily LinkedIn and X

·       Create engaging, brand-forward content that grows awareness and builds community

·       Track performance and constantly optimize based on data and trends

·       Stay ahead of the game with social listening and audience insights

Digital Campaigns

·       Collaborate on digital campaign execution (paid, organic, email, web)

·       Manage content updates, landing pages, and basic web edits

·       Partner with growth and content teams to ensure alignment across touchpoints

Requirements

What You’re Bringing to the Table:

·       4–6 years of marketing experience—B2B, B2C, or both. You’ve created and shipped smart, engaging work that made people take notice.

·       Strong creative chops and excellent taste. You know what good content looks and feels like—and how to make it happen.

·       Hands-on experience in at least two of the following: PR, events, social media, digital marketing.

·       A builder’s mindset—you like figuring it out, making it better, and getting it done.

·       A collaborative, proactive approach. You play well with others but own your lane.

·       Comfort with tools like Pardot, WordPress, Canva/Figma, and Sprout Social—or quick to learn.

·       A bias for clarity, action, and brand consistency. You know how to translate complexity into compelling stories.

·       Experience in technology, retail, manufacturing, or healthcare & life sciences is a plus.
