Title: Market Research Associate

Location: Remote Mexico

Reports To: Research Director

The Role: The Market Research Associate will have a leading role in activities related to our automotive quality business. As part of a local team of approximately 10 associates, you will collaborate with global team members, internal departments, and clients to ensure that market research programs are developed according to the highest standards. In this fast-paced team environment, you will oversee the operational activities of market research programs, including sampling, data collection, and the delivery of reports and analyses to our clients. Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing management of proprietary and syndicated programs.
  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
  • Contribute to operational planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes as needed.
  • Define and design questionnaires, sampling, QAand data processing specifications.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
  • Perform quality assurance for all research processes.
  • Leverage technology to streamline data checking and data processing tasks.

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in market research areas (data cleaning and processing, fieldwork operations, survey programming, producing reports/dashboards/presentations)
  • Automotive Industry knowledge is desirable
  • Experience with quantitative analysis, questionnaire design, analysis planning, data interpretation, and reporting
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and customer service oriented
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ability to document processes
  • Experience coordinating work with vendors and offshore shared-services teams
  • Excel chart creation expertise, plus familiarity with Excel macros, formulas, and formatting
  • Analytical and writing skills
  • SPSS experience is not required, but preferred
  • Python experience is not required, but preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Other languages preferred, not mandatory
